Use as few skincare products as possible Ideally only use salicylic acid, retinol, a light moisturizer, and a facial cleanser. Drink plenty of water. If pimples appear on your face, don't use pimple patches; they're a complete scam. The best thing to do is simply apply zinc ointment to the pimple.
