Idk why but for about a year and a half now, I’ve been struggling to get out of the house. It’s like there’s a mental block stopping me from doing it. I feel relaxed inside, but very bored. I go outside when I have to like for school, shopping, gym or anything else that’s common. But even then, I still feel uneasy. It’s miserable being inside all day but it’s the only place I like. ( I realise the contradiction) Thoughts?
You should consider going to a park, I had the same problem and I started going to parks and I js admire nature there. It's beautiful and rlly relaxes your brain. It's def worth it you should try
Been struggling since this lockdown in 2020. For me it got better with age and exposure. There are a few moments where I still feel exactly like you. I cut out caffeine entirely and it helped alot. My diet as well I switched to animal based although not fully optimal helped as well
Appreciate it, but yeah it’s strange it’s like I’m in prison and the warden who’s keeping me there is myself. But if I go outside it’s not much better.
