So I’ve been on the diet for quite a while and I feel like I’m better off not using salt, however; I’ve been having electrolyte issues and was wondering, how are we supposed to maintain a 2:1 ratio of sodium to potassium in our diet, when almost every food, organ and fruit has a higher potassium to sodium ratio?
I think you’re misunderstanding. The ratio is saying that you want more potassium than sodium. Also, I believe the ratio is more like 3:1 or 4:1 (100 mg of sodium would need 400 mg of pottasium)
Huh, I’ll have to read up a little more on this, not a very high IQ post from me for sure
