For the most part of my life I have not eaten optimally, and I only started getting informed on carnivore recently. I have also seen a surplus of content about the sun, and how you shouldn't stay out for to long if you don't want cancer or skin issues. I also have seen that if you have seed oils in your skin (consumption of seeds in general), or if you aren't healthy, you shouldn't go outside in the sun because it will tamper with skin quality and smoothness. Is this true? If so, does it mean I should refrain from recent sunbathing until I can fully switch to carnivore?
Yes, but you can already start to get some sunlight exposure in the morning as it's lower in UV B (less damaging all else being equal). Start to do it occasionally and slowly increase frequency/duration.
but if you don't get sunburn it means you are fine (sunburn is inflammation caused by damage, no damage -> no inflammation)
Ah, so listen to my body in the end. Thanks for the info.
