Thought on volufiline

I've thin lips , also lack of soft tissue under my eyes bcz I used an eyelash growth serum in the past , n I really wanna improve my very fine nose labial lines before they get worse with age , did anyone see results on those things using volufiline, or is it just cope n u need fat graft / filler to fix those
