Im trying to loose fat before may 22/summer break and wondered what’s the best thing I can do to lower body fat and not starve myself due to me being 15 and I am trying not to stunt growth. Right now I’m doing 10 - 15k steps a day minimum and eating balanced diet. Hoping my abs to show by then 😁
Probably wont have abs but you can get leaner before summer. Stay in a small calorie deficit, hit the gym 3x a week and train the aesthetic muscle groups while eating high protein (Ideally 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight). Don't do more than a 500 calorie deficit it will ruin your metabolism, hormones, etc.
Alrighty, and how can I track a calorie deficit? And which spots should I train?
i would focus more on putting on muscle if i were you
