hello everyone, i'm currently on a weight loss journey (fat loss journey to be precise). i've been fat my whole life, and that's probably because of my eating habits. i ate tons of sugar, processed carbs, refined oils etc. as of now my diet consists of purely animal products (eggs, fish, meat, butter, some dairy bc i'm a teen and still developing). what things can you guys recommend to speed up/optimise this process? would like to hear your feedback, especially from people with similar experience.
my weight right now is 160lbs, my height - 5'9, already lost 11 pounds
