Dont go down the same route as this guy, he very clearly has had surgery, which attracts specific subsets of women. It attracts women also inclined towards surgeries and theyre a nightmare to deal with. When getting surgeries the goal is to be subtle as a guy, consider that how you look attracts very specific types of women.
