if I cant get raw milk because it is illegal where I live and no one sell it, what is the best alternative I can get.
Well I do suggest a little bit of carbohydrates in development so if you can have no milk whatsoever, at least not good quality milk, I would stick to eating things like: - beef - eggs - oysters - oysters are quite important - bone marrow - raw butter etc. Just stick to the highest quality animal foods you can get and then I would add in a bit of raw honey or a little bit of fruit or fruit juice j…
