When do your craniofacial bones stop growing?

A girl told me I have an abnormally small head.

cranium stops growing at around 14, skull (facial bones) keeps growing and remodeling (although they subtly remodel your entire life) till 25, sutural growth stops at 18 (for males) basically upper jaw stops growing significantly after 18, and mandible keeps growing till 25 and cranium growth stops at 14

bizygomatic as in? the width from one zygomatic arch to the other can increase a little bit, maybe 1-2 mm after 14, it doesn't increase that much because the temporal bone is a part of the cranium the width from one cheekbone to the other does increase yes, mostly from sutural growth till 16 and after that bone remodeling and hormones like testosterone till around 21-25 (varies from person to pers…

are you ethnic? most ethnic groups have smaller skulls compared to North europeans/ West Asians, If so, you might just be hard stuck with that skull size

South Asian. Everyone in my father's side of the family has larger skulls than me.
