Why do i always get below Average scores?

So currently i am Trying out this tool and on my Side profile i got an 7.38 what is unbelievable high and always i get about 3.5 to 4.5 on my front but i think it isnt that bad

My side profile I'd say is like 4.5ish in this photo but it was took with my ipad close up Irl it may be like low 6s I am 14 just an example of how flawed ratings can be
