# FaceGPT

Ask about your results, compare analyses, build a plan, and explore changes through chat.

FaceGPT is the assistant inside FaceIQ Labs. With an analysis selected, it can use your measurements and assessments to explain your results, discuss options and help you explore a plan or simulation.

Open an analysis and select **FaceGPT**. Access is included with [Pro](https://www.faceiqlabs.com/support/plans).

## Start with the right context

#### Select the analysis you want to discuss  
Check the selected face before asking about your scores. In the standalone chat, the face selector lets you switch analyses or choose **General Mode** for a conversation without a selected analysis.

#### Ask a specific question  
Try: “Explain the three measurements that affect my Harmony score most.” Add your priorities and constraints when asking about possible changes.
3. 3  
#### Follow up on the answer  
Ask for a simpler explanation, a comparison, or the reasoning behind an option. Use the result cards and suggested follow-ups to explore the measurements or simulations discussed.

## Choose the tool for your question

Analysis chat

Ask about your selected analysis: scores, ratios, strengths, flaws and the relationship between the four pillars.

General Mode

Discuss concepts without selecting a face. Select an analysis when you need an answer based on your own measurements.

Compare

Open **Mode** near the message box and choose a second analysis to compare. Say which differences you want explained.

Plan

Choose **Mode → Plan** to work on action selections. Describe your budget, priorities and exclusions, then review the resulting [Action Plan](https://www.faceiqlabs.com/support/action-plan).

Simulate

Ask for a supported simulation, or open the FaceGPT panel inside [Simulate](https://www.faceiqlabs.com/support/simulate) to adjust the scenario currently in the editor.

> FaceGPT can make mistakes, and its analysis context depends on the photos, landmarks and assessments in your report. Verify numbers in the relevant analysis tab. Treatment discussions and simulations are educational, not a diagnosis or a personalised medical recommendation.

## Common questions

**Why is the answer generic or about the wrong scan?**

Check the selected analysis and whether General Mode or a comparison is active. Select the scan you mean and name the specific ratio, pillar or result you want explained.

**Can asking FaceGPT fix an inaccurate score?**

Correct the underlying analysis through the landmark editor or the relevant assessment, then return to chat. Follow the [accuracy guide](https://www.faceiqlabs.com/support/accuracy); describing a correction in conversation does not replace that step.

**What if I cannot send another message?**

Check the message shown in chat. If you have reached the conversation limit, start a new conversation. For an access or temporary usage limit, follow the instructions shown. Contact support if the issue persists.
