Im talking about me in 5'7 and i am indian i also think its good because a avg india is around 5'6

5’9-6’0. I was 5’11 and an half at 14 and my classmates as well

Drink WHOLE milk raw or pasteurized and colostrum and red meat and lower stress and get good sleep and you will be average or above, it's not over for you and that's pretty normal for 14.
