Accurately seeing how other people see you

I was looking at myself through a small mirror in a big mirror, so inverted basically, but irl. is that exactly how others see me? More accurate than any lense? If so I’m happy, but when I follow the picture guideline the invert is just so much more brutal. Bottom of the fkn barrel brutal. Anyone else?
