18, no visible signs of hairloss yet but I do wanna take action to prevent anything in the future. Heard mixed opinions on nuking dht, some say you don’t need it post 16 others disagree 🤔
I will say that my grandpa on my mothers side had a full set of hair at 70 even though bro drank and smoked for like 20 years straight so ..

2.5mg dutasteride daily. It can suppress 80%+ scalp dht - blocking both type 1 and 2 5ar activity. Finasteride (the most common hairloss medication for androgenic alopecia) only blocks type 1. I still take 2.5mg daily to this day*
No side effects?
Eat the proper diet, and if you do start balding just book a flight to 🦃.
Wash hair with 1 egg yolk and a little bit of apple cider vinagear and nothing else 1-2 times a week and make sure you add alot of eggs into your diet
watch selfmaxxer on youtube, i believe he covered everything about this

Just eat the primal diet and you should be fine. Rosemary water fixed my hairloss. Do not take anything that inhibits DHT. Many people using finasteride and dutasteride get side-effects. If a person using finasteride or dutasteride doesn't experience any side-effects, their testosterone probably wasn't high to begin with.
I know it definitely messes with ur fertility to some degree
look into topical antiandrogens
