BFR is a method where you use cuffs to partially cut off blood flow restriction while doing a light workout. There are several studies proving it boost hgh AND igf1 levels a lot.
Do you guys think it can lead to long term bone growth in teens? And has anyone tested this? If not are there any height maxes that has given you guys results?
yeah but when you boost the production it just goes to healing you so no. no one in the primal space at least recommends working out when developing because you are wasting resources and hormones on building muscle instead of bones.
