I can’t eat raw meat where in from due to sourcing, however I have an abundance of raw eggs. Will eating a diet solely on raw eggs be harmful in the long run?
I eat 8 a day and low-key want to start eating 14 to 16, I also have access to raw Kefir which I drink for guy health and I often eat dates.
Please lmk which direction I should take for optimal health.

I’ve been taking vitamin D3 on and off for the last couple months, haven’t seen any SIGNIFICANT results but I still think it will help with bone growth as a teen. However, many people have claimed higher dosages of Vitamin D3 supplements is rat poison and is harmful… Whereas other studies tested vitamin D3 in mega doses and it had no effect.
Do you guys think Vitamin D3 is a cope or placebo?
