I can’t eat raw meat where in from due to sourcing, however I have an abundance of raw eggs. Will eating a diet solely on raw eggs be harmful in the long run?
I eat 8 a day and low-key want to start eating 14 to 16, I also have access to raw Kefir which I drink for guy health and I often eat dates.
Please lmk which direction I should take for optimal health.
Also, are dates overrated?
