Bulbous nose and deviated septum soft maxxes

My nose is just cooked fat and crooked it’s by far my biggest flaw, sitting at 15% body fat ish, hoping that will help atleast a decent bit, any other soft maxxes? Any other suffering virgins?
I've heard that accutane slims your nose slightly but if you don't have acne its probably not a good idea to take it, I guess just be less inflamed in the face or get rhinoplasty, There might be some creams that help reduce the size of the nose too not guaranteed though, and if your nose is asymmetrical only surgery fixes it from what I know.
