I understand that you should drink 1-2 L of raw milk a day, but how the hell am I supposed to maintain buying 3.5 L. of milk a week and keeping like 7 jugs of milk in my fridge, along with red meat while my family eats "normal" food? Just in general too, can anyone give me pointers on trying to stick to carnivore while still living with your family?
I also want to ask about Aromatase Inhibitors and Raw colostrum for height growth. Are they worth taking, and if so, how can I get them(I live in California)?
Age? If you’re not in development stage u can lay off the dairy, milk is meant for animals in development (calf/newborns).
bro the title is literally carnivore for hieight
You can get your own mini fridge or reduce milk consumption. For beef you can use cheapest available cuts and add tallow/butter to it if it's not fatty enough.
(tallow is usually cheap if you buy it in bulk)
I would say only use aromatase inhibitors if you are severely short for your age or lack proper growth hormone secretion, as they are highly experimental
I want to know more about them in the possible effects of combining them with raw milk and why frost I’m not sure but probably advocates them as an in his school which I don’t have
How can you use it, it is kind a terapy ?
Wdym by normal food? Red meat is a normal food. If ur talking about it being raw, just cook it. Lower ur raw milk intake if u can't afford it.
red meat might be part of the avg diet but not in the quantity to sustain proper nutrition
