If you are born around the 1970s to today, you might have heard about the word cholesterol. Every time you think about cholesterol you see high blood pressure, heart attacks, and strokes. You also heard about dietary interventions that claim to lower is this bad molecule. You may also hear about "good cholesterol" and "bad cholesterol", which we will debunk later.
Well what is cholesterol. Cholesterol is an important molecule that makes up 30% of our cell membranes, builds up important molecules such as testosterone and estrogen, very important hormones for the bones, energy, drive, strength, and fertility, vitamin D, which is actually called Cholecalciferol, referring to cholesterol, you need cholesterol for vitamin D, and you cannot have calcium and phosphorus in your bones of the form hydroxyapatite without vitamin D, which needs cholesterol. So yes cholesterol is extremely important for all cells and overall health.
Cholesterol is simply an innocent building block for a lot of things like cells, hormones, vitamin D, and the associated nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, which we need for electricity, we need electrolytes for hydration and electricity, we absorb electrons from nature, usually the ground to help neutralize oxygen which harms our cells and possess mutagenic (DNA damage) and carcinogenic (cancerous) effects.
The reason why cholesterol is blamed for heart disease is not cholesterol itself as cholesterol is perfectly safe by itself. The main issue that it's very sensitive to oxidative stress, so when you consume peroxides like fried foods, roasted nuts, vegetable oils, seed oils, and potato chips, along with high amounts of glucose which produces a lot of ROS, or very aggressive oxygen species, it can damage the oxidize the transporter that carries cholesterol out the liver and throughout the body, also called LDL, which we call the "bad" cholesterol.
Cholesterol itself is good without the external damage destroying it and impairing it's function, saying cholesterol is bad is like saying firefighters are bad because they are next to the fire. All cholesterol is doing is just trying to go throughout your body. The reason why they say high cholesterol is bad because more of it struggles to enter the damaged arterial walls from sugar and lipid peroxides from isolated plant compounds like table sugar or vegetable oils, usually potato chips, fries, etc.
Again more cholesterol is basically a lot of cars during a traffic jam, it does not cause the traffic jam, but it's just one of the cars trying to go through.
Instead of lowering cholesterol to adapt to road blockages (damage from sugar, vegetable, seed, and nut oils, and oxalates toxic plant compounds in dark bitter leafy greens), why can't we just kick these guys out and prevent the formation of these blockages from damage
Again clogged arteries are like a road blockage during construction, sugar and vegetable oil destroy the road (arteries), then the construction workers come in (white blood cells) to fix the road building up hard fibrous tissues (not fat and cholesterol), then when these happen cars struggle to go in, the roads will also get narrower, which is what we call high blood pressure, which can further damage the endethelium. Cholesterol is one of the cars, white blood cells which clog the arteries is trying to heal the wounds, and the real issue toxic plant compounds are the real ones causing the road blockages.
More cars does lead to traffic but it's not really the main cause of it, still you have to keep cholesterol at the optimal genetic level, so avoid the fructose, which is a useless sugar we can't even metabolize properly and it's basically alcohol but fresh form not fermented, it destroys the liver, ages you, forms aldehydes, and increases cholesterol to a unnatural extent. Fruit in nature is low in fructose we just bred it to be high in it for profit and demand, same with sugarcane, it does not exist in nature at all.
Keep eating the meat and fat it's what nearly all animals in nature eat. Carnivores eat meat and fat for cholesterol.

Introducing modern industrialized sugars and vegetable oils is the main cause of heart disease. Studies that say meat causes it does not take account for the people who consume meat in the form of spaghetti, hot dogs, burgers, pizza, with a large drink, soda, candy, bread, and vegetable oils. There is no high quality long term controlled study to prove meat itself isolated causes heart disease, none, it will always contain meat with garbage foods
The first recorded case of heart disease was found in Ancient Egyptians who ate grapes, figs, sweet manmade fruits, honey breads, a LOT of beer as it's cleaner than water back then, even for kids, a lot of them were also sedentary and pretty chubby like us Americans, except for the starving slaves.
The Hunter gatherer populations lived pretty good with no heart disease they actually found a man with down syndrome and hunters took care of him till he became around 60-70 years old, with a broken arm and fractures, so yes hunter gatherers can live long as humans naturally live up to 120 years old if disease did not occur, or if a animal or human doesn't murder you. High infant mortality rates also influenced the average longevity of Hunter gatherer.
Keep meatmaxxing for high test, we are not hummingbirds and herbivores who can literally create protein internally.
