What is the best foods to eat and to avoid while at university? As a campus resident, I only acess to foods that are available in the dining commons. All the foods are ultra-processeed and contain seed oils. Should i just stick to the meat and dairy and stay away from fruits and veggies? or should eat a balanced diet?

In my opinion from my understanding of everything, it seems that seed oils are really the number one concern and it's by a large margin.
