Hey, how much food are you eating a day on cooked carnivore vs raw? I was carnivore for a few months and about every day ate a 1kg cooked bowl of ground beef and a second meal of 10 xl eggs in 50g butter as an onmelette. Now going to raw carnivore I get in maybe 650g ish of meat a day and even that is probably split into 2 meals. Seems too little even though i’m not hungry. I’m worried and would l…
How long should I be in the sun daily? I try to get in a daily walk (ideally grounding in the beach) for an hour or so, the uv is getting to index 8 now in the 12-2pm range and i’m worried of accumulating damage. I am eating carnivore slowly going towards raw and have heard that carnivore’s don’t sunburn (i’ve been on this way of eating for a few months now)
I just ate half a steak raw. I didn’t like the taste ngl
Anyways a few weeks ago I also took a bite of some shoulder raw, but barely ate anything (first bite it tasted like nothing, second bite was kinda sweet tbh)
Anyways from both the shoulder and now the steak my stomach is making lots of noises, which with the shoulder lasted for like 3 days or so. Should I be worried?
Btw what do you think o…
Would grounding in the sand everyday for an hour fix athletes foot or should I stay away and use antifungal creams for a few weeks?
Would you recommend the sauna?
In what ways are a raw carnivore diet better than a one where you cook your meat and eggs?
The only arguments I’ve seen with scientific validity to them are the loss of micronutrients and the formation of dAGEs (which have weak evidence showing they promote cancer)
I eat around 1.5kg grassfed beef (or 9 large eggs in 50g butter with 1kg beef) sometimes with added 100-150g grassfed lamb fat so the…
Hi I’d love some recommendations for the diet
Right now I eat daily: 1kg grassfed beef and 9 large eggs enriched in omega-3 cooked in 50g pasteurized butter (can’t get raw dairy in my country)
And sometimes I eat canned sardines and 42% heavy cream
Should I invest in organic eggs or any other label? (Unfortunately there’s no pasture-raised ones)
Should I invest in organic grassfed beef instead of…
Unfortunately I don’t have pasture raised eggs in my country and am not aware of any farmer that raises pasture raised chickens.
I have the options between regular, organic, omega-3 enriched which I currently buy and cage-free
Besides the omega-3 having a guarantee of more nutrition is there any reason to buy organic eggs compared to regular or omega-3 ones?
Is there any reason to drink dairy after 18? As a 19 year old i’m assuming I won’t get any taller (Peaked 182cm at age 15) so is there any reason to drink besides height?
I’m worried eating only meat and eggs will lead to too little calcium.
