Diet

I mostly eat cooked grass fed ground beef, raw dairy, I react negatively to chicken eggs so I am putting in a duck pond in my yard so I can eat duck eggs, and I eat fruit. I was curious about sodium I’ve seen different people say different things. I am also growing my hair out. I don’t know how to take photos and do accurate mapping for an analysis. If anyone has any advice I would deeply appreciate it.

Check my post for how to take photos

if you want salt on your food, i would recommend pink himalayan salt over iodized. i put it on my steak, and stopped using black pepper and other seasonings, so i feel like salt isn’t a big issue nor toxic if you use in moderation

Thank you

whats the diff between Himalayan and normal salt , if both sodium content is equal

Sodium will not be a problem if you don't eat much carbs, if you don't have signs of water retention or high blood pressure it should be fine. If it ever becomes a problem you can reduce salt or carbs(in absence of carbs kidneys just excrete excess)

Why cooked when you can eat it raw

TitusMar 18(edited)

1. social reasons 2. I am trying to gain weight, and from what I have seen you can eat more cooked meat than raw. If you have a counter argument for why I should go raw I am always open to hear it. Thanks!

i also cook my steak, i tried raw for a bit but it’s definitely harder for me to eat. stay doing what’s sustainable for you!

Also sourcing and price

even if you’re cooking it, you’re still eating better than 90% of ppl, so just do what’s sustainable

Thanks for your response! Coconut water is expensive though. And I was more referring to salt in food and whether it’s toxic or not?
