I think children should not be exposed to this at their age especially considering that they haven't even hit puberty yet.

Even if blocked from this site, they'll find other outlets for content like this. And it'll probably be inferior such as .org, FaceIQ promotes good diet advice rather than "just take HGH or rope bro". I don't see anything harmful about this, It's good to educate children on how to improve their development as much as possible.
