High stress after migrating to carnivore

I’ve been on animal based for a while now, but I have seen little to no results with acne still prevalent on my face and no weight loss.
So I decided to switch to primal carnivore eating meat, eggs, raw cheese and a glass of raw milk daily. but I just feel more stressed now, especially in the gym, as I used to eat a fruit before and after the gym to lower stress hormone and improving energy in the gym. I also started to sweat a lot while working out too.
So my question is, am I doing something wrong? Or is this just a negative of the carnivore diet?

how while? weeks? how many? full adaptation takes like 1.5 months
I wouldn’t say you are completely out of development but it’s hard to say without seeing you… but if you eat a fruit before training I won’t kick you out of ketosis if you really burn all the fructose in this training otherwise it may slow down ketosis because your body switches in carbs …..if you are really about fat loss or obese then you probably shouldn’t eat it.
If you are still in development you should stick to dairy but if not only meat is the best way to get rid of acne. Then do you sleep enough ?recovery is the most Important factor in terms of your stress level.i personally would try to eat this fruit before training but only when it is one with low acidity otherwise you will wrack your whole gut because its not digested properly in the time you are…
Thanks for the thorough answer, I am 18 so I don’t know if I’m still developing. I sleep about 6-7 hours a day(no pun). But I’m scared if I eat fruits before workout it will kick me out of ketosis
For acne try getting rid of dairy for a few months and see if it works.
Full fat adaptation usually takes ~6 months, also carbs from milk will slow down that adaptation slightly
Dont forget led lights and any light in night effects you
Workings out is only thing can stress you also see sunrise sunset, acne tskes least a month to notice wait 3 months, think positive talk positive and no phone

only eat raw meat then come back and see. Dairy is a common problem for acnecels. Also, good, locally sourced grass-fed liver everyday might help even more, but it will also make you feel really good.
