How much raw liver should I eat?

How much raw liver should I eat? Per week or everyday

I personally eat 400 g once a week

Do 3 x per week about 150 g but just with alot of muscle meat

eat how much of it you want to eat. Just make sure to get a really good source if you do. Also raw liver isn't completely necessary imo but I enjoy it a lot.
