How to learn nutrition?

I want to fully immerse myself in the world of nutritional science. Not really as a profession, but as one of those random neurotic side-hobbies (ðŸ˜). Every time I see Frost debate someone, I get super intrigued regarding where he finds so much information. What are some niche sites I should browse to find more information? Things like google scholar, etc. How should I properly search key words to find studies that examine claims I'm currently focused on? Also Frost if you somehow happen to read this, how did you find most of your information? Was there a significant figure that pointed you in the right direction, or did the flow of finding information naturally spiral as you learned more?

So one big part are just studies about cholesterol and heart disease this is found by just researching.if you want to dive deeper you should definitely ask AI ...if you write the correct promt it can help you alot in finding the right studies to whatever topic you are interested. be your own study is always the best.look what works for you and then use it to support your claims

cenoMar 25Claude by anthropic is fantastic and it is important to write your own promt so that the AI knows what your stand point is..without it will say just random shot and just let it choose the studies and maybe summarise..always check by your self ...you can check it fast by simply saying to the AI it should state the pages it found the info

watch frost's debate with a vegan, it features a spreadshit with a lot of useful articles, i got a lot of knowledge about nutrition from it
