How to lose face fat

I am somewhat skinny (135 lb 5'8) but my face is still fat in my chin and cheeks. My diet is good, and my electrolytes are balanced. I think it's gotten better since I've made improvements to my diet, but facial bloating is still noticeable. Starting to think its structural and I'm cooked, but what other things other than diet could I try to improve it.

Skinny is very subjective, you can just have very little muscle mass and more fat in the body. Do you have abs? If you do, your face will likely be lean, if you don't get back to work

Potassiummaxxing and sodiumminning is one of the most autistic things, so don't fall for the trap, just avoid fast food, and add salt if you feel bad on carnivore, no need to max out potassium unless you are eating way too much sodium

Replies aren't shown, so I will recommend rare beef specifically

Kick the avocadoes out, kick the fruits, cut out fast food at all costs. Coconut, meat, milk is fine, don't worry about electrolytes, no need for salt. Reply to diet, as replies don't show

how much does the cooking of the meat matter? like medium well, rare, etc

Cut, stop being a highbodyfatcel, eat high protein carnivore diet, moderate fat, low carbs

It's bloating not fat... Make sure you eat low inflammatory diet and give your gut time to digest and it will go away.. also stay hydrated

I had the same problem but I just started walking 15k steps everyday and it went away, make sure your walking and avoid jogging

LuisApr 5

Why avoid jogging?

okabeApr 5

it increases cortisol levels

mizutxkoApr 6

Jogging is just stressful compared to walking, it makes you hungrier, hard on joints, legs, fatiguing

What about short distance to mid distance sprinting/running? I do track competitively and I’m not really tryna stop

If you want tell me what you eat and when and I'll tell you what to change

eat a lot of cooked meat (cant eat raw), avacado, coconuts, occasional fruits, some milk (not raw also), things like that. fast food and processed "junk food" is minimal

The main things that cause bloating here are fibers and non raw milk... Try eating less fiber and lactose free milk.. also try to eat 2 times a day only and give your body a lot of time to rest from digestion
