which might sound tall but in latvia(which is where i live)avg male height is 181cm, yeah i have overgrown the avg, but i want to be taller, im turning 16 in july, i dont know if my growth plates are still open and i dont wanna do an xray, im hoping that they are, what should i do to grow as tall as i still can, ive heard people taking test grew them, any thouhgt on that?
