trying to improve my looks
which might sound tall but in latvia(which is where i live)avg male height is 181cm, yeah i have overgrown the avg, but i want to be taller, im turning 16 in july, i dont know if my growth plates are still open and i dont wanna do an xray, im hoping that they are, what should i do to grow as tall as i still can, ive heard people taking test grew them, any thouhgt on that?(repost since it got no co…

how do i find out if my growth plates are still open without doing xrays?
how do i convince my mom to stop buying slop and but actual food my diet is decent at most, she usually makes food including rice with meat, or pasta with meat, i on myself eat eggs, cheese and drink milk, but i want more meat and less grains or wtv in my diet
