Insurance for Bimax

Was wondering if you guys knew if it's possible to get coverage for a bimaxillary osteotomy despite not have any issues from a recessed chin, and if so, how? I am apparently 17mm recessed relative to the frankfort plane and have a 143 degree gonian angle, but I have no functional problems (no sleep apnea, no TMJ, no speech problems, no chewing problems, perfect straight teeth) so it's purely cosmetic. Will I HAVE to pay fully out of pocket? Would appreciate feedback, thanks.

Convence the dr. If they may find any small breathing issues. They can show it necessary and cosmetic both way. It can cover the insurance. Or if you live in the contry like u.s evrthying may get coverd
