Insurance for Bimax
Was wondering if you guys knew if it's possible to get coverage for a bimaxillary osteotomy despite not have any issues from a recessed chin, and if so, how? I am apparently 17mm recessed relative to the frankfort plane and have a 143 degree gonian angle, but I have no functional problems (no sleep apnea, no TMJ, no speech problems, no chewing problems, perfect straight teeth) so it's purely cosme…
