I’m 16 years old and I wanna get leaner for certain reasons but I don’t want to malnourish myself in the process my plan is to eat 5 eggs for lunch then at dinner either some sort of steak, pork or, chicken with glass of kefir also I workout. Should I add more food? Like what?
Sounds pretty okay to me. But how much meat ur consuming isn’t said. Might be a bit low for someone who also works out

As much meat as possible
Just consume MAINLY meat & raw dairy products, keep carb consumption as low as possible, your main carb source should be from milk or kefir, make sure you have high fat & protein.
