I’m pretty sure most of us in here are Faceiq sheep when it comes to dietary advice, and from my analysis, I’m sure it is the natural and most nutrient dense diet, but I’d like to see some studies/examples of recent long term carnivore eaters, and people who have lived long healthy lives. Are there many strong examples? And also if someone ate carnivore and had hypercholesterolemia (I think that’s what it’s called) would they be cooked? I’m not a hypochondriac just curious if I’m gonna live till like 100
if I die from cholesterol maxxing though atleast the diet helped me be my highest psl and that’s what matters
