ive been drinking 4 cups daily of raw farm raw milk for development for about a week now, and a2 whole for months before. every time i drink raw milk, my face gets kind of bloated and prickly and my ears get stuffy sometimes(especiallly when i drink it all in a row.) ican eat yogurt and raw cheese fine so ive narrowed it down to a whey protein allergy or some kind of histamine response. wth am i supposed to do ik raw yogurt is easier to digest but it has less igf1
Do you refrigerate it before you drink it? If you don’t, try it. Is it fermented raw milk. If not let it ferment so the probiotic bacteria sits at the top & digestion is easier & inflammation is nigh-impossible
Ik Aajonus advised against refrigeration of raw milk but try fermented raw milk instead (nunu) and see if there are any changes
