Need help with vegan debate

I’ll go with some friends at a vegan festival soon and eat raw meat and debate them but I need some help with some stuff, what are all the nutrients amino acids etc missing from the vegan diet, what can I say if they eat that meat or butter cause cancer or heart disease and that’s for now (serious answers only pls)

Tell them that: Natural diets never showed high rates of heart disease before modern processed foods, Heart disease strongly increased with industrialization not meat consumption, Correlation does not equal causation in nutrition studies.
