Based on the new diet perspective, what do you guys think you should eat to lose weight? Retroactively, eating just red meat was expected to lose weight, however now, considering fIQ promotes carbs, which upregulate the randle cycle, how are you expected to lose weight while being optimally healthy? Do you sacrifice health short term for lower bf long term?
Losing weight getting super lean isn’t really healthy anyways but it’s essential for social acceptance
as johndoe2121 said there isn't really a healthy way to lose weight other than eating less. When you eat a natural diet, you intuitively lose or gain weight until you reach your natural set point. Being skinnier is just a standard of our scuffed society. If you're truly committed, look towards fruits that have lower caloric density and that you actually like, eating those will fill you up duh
