Randall cycle vs. blood sugar spike

does anyone know what Frost has said about blood sugar spikes longterm versus activating the Randall cycle? is it better longterm to eat fat with your sugar (fruit), or to eat it alone and spike your blood sugar. eating it alone would allow your body to burn the sugar quickly for energy, and eating it with fat would activate the Randall cycle and store the fat and you might not use it so you might gain weight overtime doing this.
i know Goatis eats fruit alone but he’s also said he eats fat with carbs if he ever eats them to not spike blood sugar.
it is never ideal to mix fats and sugars bcz (as you said) the fat will get stored directly, from what i've seen from all of frost's videos the only time he's ever mentioned eating fruits is if you're equator level and to eat it outside in the sun (it's obviously not optimal to eat fruits, but he says if you have to then eat it outside)

randle cycle is not as important as faceiq says. to answer your question, delayed eating is almost always better since your insulin is more stable. dont listen to goatis, hes a crazy maniac - and eat fruits if u craving some. fundamentally frost is correct but some things he claims are either overstated or not important.
thank youu yea i usually eat a date or fruits when im craving it but sometimes its right after eating fatty beef so maybe not the best
