guys when I get raw milk should i boil it or should I js drink it as it is?
yes and buy RAW meat from the farm intentionally and cook it
No point in getting raw milk if you're just going to pasteurize it yourself.
Drink it raw, blend in some raw honey and you have an primal milkshake, delicious
isnt honey bad?
It isn’t optimal really but it’s not bad for you directly, and just use little it taste really good
Raw honey isn't (in moderation) since it contains digestive enzymes. You can tell if raw honey is authentic if it is totally crystalized; searchup "really raw honey" as a good example, they make authentic raw honey.
Keyword: RAW honey not pasteurized slopney
Please don’t drink raw milk. Pasteurization was invented for a reason, you will get a bacterial infection if you continue to drink “raw milk”.
Pasteurisation was invented because of terrible quality raw milk. Get it from a good source and you're good.
Pasteurisation was invented so large scale dairy farming could be possible, since you can't do large scale dairy farming for raw milk since its too expensive since modern conditions are too poor to support healthy milk. The first pasteurisation act was passed by the rothschilds in England. It's always been about shutting down small farms, creating large milk industries ran by (((them))) and the ev…
I’m from Tel Aviv & I agree with this take
retard what u do on this forum it was created for ppl with three digits iq

These conditions led to contaminated milk that spread diseases like tuberculosis and typhoid. Pasteurization became a solution to sanitize that milk—not because raw milk itself is inherently dangerous. When co…
Boiling milk is what pasteurizes it, gets rid of nearly all the nutrition, definitely do not do that.
boiling kills the bacteria and the bacteria is needed
what type of bacteria is in there?
Probiotic & digestive bacteria that aids in gut health
if you boil it then what's the whole idea of "raw"
Boil

No do not listen to this man please the whole point of getting raw milk is to be able to consume the nutrients that would otherwise be lost through pasteurization (boiling)
Boiling causes nutrient loss you must be kidding it is literally pasteurization that eliminates the whole purpose of buying raw unprocessed milk
That’s essentially paying more and doing more work for the same result as just buying pasteurized milk — pretty silly if you ask me. I’ve been drinking raw milk for two years, and I feel great and love it!
