i also have short face syndrome, primarily because of my short chin and very short forehead, i adjusted the points for my forehead and chin a bit and went from a 2/10 fwhr to a 6/10 fwhr. I also recommend you shave your forehead up if ur forehead is short and get any jaw or chin surgery like genioplasty
