How much does sleep actually affect bone growth and height during puberty ?
Like deadass on school days I get 6hrs ish of sleep
11-12 at night till 5:30 in the morning
And I’m 16, considering nutrition and sunlight is optimal, how much would this actually affect ?
I makeup for it on weekends tho by sleeping extra
9-10hrs.
Sleep is arguably more important than diet bc you always release growth hormone during sleep and your body will always try to grow. The more building blocks you take in with your diet the higher the potential. At 16 I would sleep at least 9 hours a night if not more depending on your activity level
