Under eye region
How tf do I get rid of under eye darkness and puffiness? Or is it just that my Infras are recessed it’s worser on my right eye

How much does sleep actually affect bone growth and height during puberty ? Like deadass on school days I get 6hrs ish of sleep 11-12 at night till 5:30 in the morning And I’m 16, considering nutrition and sunlight is optimal, how much would this actually affect ? I makeup for it on weekends tho by sleeping extra 9-10hrs.
