Stop frauding with before & after

Something I hate to see is when people post before-and-after photos that weren’t taken under the same conditions — same lighting, angle, camera, time of day, etc.
This is exactly what bodybuilding coaches do when they try to sell you an ebook. As “proof,” they show a photo of their client before the training program and another after. The problem is that the before photo is usually taken in bad lighting, with bad posture, with the muscles relaxed, from an unflattering camera angle, and the person often looks sad or unmotivated. In the after photo, everything is fixed: they’re pumped up, tensing their muscles, and the lighting is set up to make them look as huge as possible.
Many looksmaxxers do the exact same thing. They take the before photo with a selfie camera on a bad day, then use a better camera for the after photo. They add tons of lighting to make their skin look clear and glowy, tilt their head slightly upward to hide upper eyelid exposure, or turn their head 90 degrees to stretch the skin so their side profile looks sharper.Just stop. We need to start calling people out for this.
