Compound Lifts like squats compress your spine leading to you being a manlet if decompression exercises are not done. This is why many gym influencers who have been working out since their early teens are manlets, e.g: Jeff Nippard, Mike Jizz-raetel(jfl), Greg Doucette……. At 14-16, you should focus on sports that allow your organs to carry their necessary metabolic functions & proper hormonal secretion. Such sports allow for fatigue that enable quick & deep sleep, growth hormone secretion, test production & liver balance(it is responsible for IGF-1 production). These sports include sprinting, swimming, football(competitiveness leads to test secretion). At these ages please focus on high intensity sports.
Nah bro, I started at 15, now I’m 6’3 and js turned 17. 5’5 mum and 5’11 dad. I fact it definitely boosted growth hormone and bones, alongside building a Chad physique. So my take is I disagree but everyone has their opinion.
yes finally someone else in the looksmaxing community who thinks working out during development isn't good i also agree in sprinting, swimming, and high intensity sports

those compressions are temporary and decompress naturally when your sleeping. liver balance is dependable on sleep and nutrition. Height is mostly genetics.
