Sun promotes collagen and elastin?

goygpt told me sun destroys collagen and elastin, but I've heard Faceiq once said that it promotes both of those, in debate with AW he said that seed oils bind to collagen or maybe im rephrasing it, but when they get oxidized in the sun there's inference that they can destroy your collagen too, why do people on carnivore diet get that glow, and ones who consume seed oils have their skin dry like Austin Wayne in his older videos he used to drink matcha and other stuff like that at the time, his skin looks really dark as of like TOTALLY lacking collagen (collagen makes your skin more lighter or whiter even, (if you're white)), but what about elastin? Is there explanation how sun affects it and did Faceiq said that sun helps with elastin production, trough what mechanism? or is it vitamin D that is in the sun that helps with those things ? and how seed oils affect that, if anyone knows the science on that one, also if your diet is clean of seed oils, will sun actually help remove dark eye circles and eyebags?
Eye bags of course could just be your infras
I know I need fat grafting in there but just thought maybe sun would help produce colalgen as good in that region if you're on a clean diet
Sun exposure stimulates fibroblasts via the vdr.fibroblasts are the cells that produce elastin and collagen.seed oil are loaded with omega 6 linoleic acid which embeds into cell membranes.when uv hits ,the linoleic acid oxidises into reactive aldehyde like 4hne which bind to collagen fibres .
