Surgery Recommendations & Help

Hello, this is the first time I've ever posted my face in this type of environment. I need help and guidance on what surgeries to get for my eye region. I've already thought about fat grafting or orbital implants for my under-eye area, and stuff like a eye brow transplant. Are there any other potential recommendations for my eye area that you could see being improved through any other procedure, and which one should I commit to first? In addition, I've been looking at clinics in Mexico simply due to the ease of travel, as I'm in the US, and the fact that prices are much lower. (Lastly, for background info, I've been eating raw, meaning raw meat, butter, cheese, and milk for about 8 months with no veggies and some fruits here and there, and been getting good sleep. I've had bad eyebags from a young age, which I'm assuming is from being recessed.) Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks for reading this.

genuially whats ur gender
male lol, I know I don't have bones but chill on me
This is one of those cases where an OBO is worth the risk. After that it becomes pretty self explanatory: lose bodyfat first, then Fat grafting directly above and below the eyes, eyebrow transplant.
I'm already relatively lean 12-15% my face just holds a lot of my fat, thanks for the advice tho, also what about infra orbital implants are those recommended?
Get face iq labs pro if you're serious about surgery
Not necesary, they are kind of obvious
Infraorbital rim implants , fat grafting, fix them brows and OBO if u want to take the risk
post yo side
my sides terrible id rather not show it but thanks for the help I really appreciate your advice
its his pfp
orbital rim implants + supra and infra orbital fat grafting a canthoplasty then a eyebrow transplant and since your eyes are close set theres a surgery called an orbital box osteotomy which is rlly invasive but has a great return on investment but its rlly risky so idk if u should do it but apart from the orbital box osteotomy you should persue everything i said earlier
sleep on other side of ur face to even it out
