Stop talking about looksmaxxing.
Why?
Why do you think there are people with so called "prodigies" in our society? Do people admire the person who works hard all their life, learning and studying to improve themselves, or do they admire the mysterious person who makes it all look natural and easy, like they're born to do it?
Do people want to listen about the story of the guy who spent endless days studying to get an A, or the kid who does it all without even trying?
See the difference? Of course, most people wouldn't fall into these categories, most are just average so giving it their all to be just another drop in the bucket, making it obvious to others just how hard they’re trying in order to even just stay afloat.
Some manage to make a splash, just enough to be different from the horde but still make a fatal mistake by telling others how hard they worked to get the results.
In a smaller group, we have the gifted ones. The effortless ones who excel at ease. The first two loves them; they're the natural prodigies.
And finally, we have the last group, the group who has no choice but to work just as hard as the first two, gets the results of the second but gets all of the same admiration as the third.
How?
It's simple; By shutting up about how much effort they’re putting in or how hard they worked.
It's a kind of studied carelessness. It’s making everything you do, no matter how much effort it actually took, look easy and natural. Not just in looks, but in how you act, speak, and carry yourself. When you apply this, people perceive you the same way they perceive naturals, even if you worked just as hard, or harder than anyone else. You get the idea, but its hard of course, people want to talk and brag about how difficult their journey was. They want validation. But people don’t reward effort, they reward results, especially when those results look effortless. And if you seek the same admiration as the "gifted" ones, you'd better shut up.
Doing so is the most important part of really beginning your looksmaxxing journey.
Hopefully I’ve shed some insight on the type of mentality you need to put yourself in, in order to truly maximize and reap the rewards of your looksmaxxing, and more generally any form of self-improvement.
This is the real thing ....
