Trash raw milk worth it?

Jabbed , anti biotic, grainfed , factory farmed, but extremely cheap is the raw milk worth it?

I’m going on vaccation to china for a month during thr summer and this is all the milk avalible.

Also it would be nice if anyone else has any ways to source high quality animal foods in china

only have raw milk from pasture raised cows

I don’t know what the others are on about but as long as you can tolerate milk you can absolutely drink it. It’s still better than store bought pasteurized milk. It’s just for a month so it’s whatever really. Just make sure their milk doesn’t make others sick.

Horrible question, you don't know how the raw milk is handled, just find a better source

Depends what you eat rest of the time there, if you don’t get much nutrients I would go for the raw milk. But depends on how horrible the quality is, because if it’s horrendous you could die
