I’m trying to find a good, budget-friendly source of meat that I can eat raw. How can I tell if the meat is high quality just by looking at it? Is there a reliable way to identify that?
Deep red colour and fresh smell no moldy smell or acidic smell….
So it should smell like nothing?
And thanks
u got to smell the meat and if it smells good you can eat it and if it looks normal like nothing crazy different about it then your good as long as you get it from a farm which idk any sources tho
It should smell like cow or lamb or whatever animal you are eating a strong smell is good ...if you can recognise the animal without your eyes its good
